A yellow squash gets evenly diced.
When the cast iron gets piping hot and the oil sizzles, the squash starts cooking evenly. A dash of salt releases the moisture of the squash and two dashes of freshly ground black pepper feels its rightful place.
Another pinch of kasuri methi joins the party in the hot pan. The feta cheese adds more flavor. The left over couscous gets folded in thoroughly. The lid is placed over the pan and the cook relaxes.
