It is time to include some raw foods into my diet and this is one such I made this morning:
3 table spoons of cooked traditional pale ivory quinoa.
1 apple diced 1 inch.
7-8 strawberries sliced.
2 table spoons of cheese - ( i dont remember the name but it is made of sheep's milk and is salty )
Parsley - around 2 table spoons
Throw them all together in a bowl. Relish
I had some for breakfast. Now we shall see if the apples turn color by afternoon.
